Umbrella Sharing

It has been raining for about three days straight here. The thermometer has been dipping lower and the sedentary clouds are streaked with slate. Only interrupted by the arms of bare trees reserving the space over their roots until spring. The steam of my tea warms my chin and fingers and the coziness of winter settles in deep.

On the table there is this card. . .

With this thought. . .

And it brings a coziness to my heart! This year has been full of stormy weather and all you dear people have held God's umbrella over my head and walked with me through the puddles.
